Dandy Farms is located in beautiful Wood County, Texas. While our address says Mineola, we are actually located in the tiny, proud community of Hainesville. Metroplex escapees, we find the slower paced life of the country just right. Just two hours East of Dallas, we frequently venture “to town” when we get a yearning for big city life. Mostly, though, we don’t venture farther than the surrounding towns of Mineola, Quitman, or Hawkins where everyone is still welcomed with a friendly smile and warm handshake.
Grassy meadows and lovely pine and hardwood forests surround the farmhouse we are restoring, as well as our state of the art commercial kitchen. A huge, wonderful old barn houses our dairy goats and our chickens enjoy roaming the meadow outside their coop. Two livestock dogs and an Australian Sheppard keep everyone safe while our cat keeps us entertained.
Due to the warm weather throughout the country, we are not processing any orders through or website until further notice. If you cannot live without our toffee for yourself or as a gift and are willing to pay for OVERNIGHT shipping, please contact us thru this website or our Facebook link. We appreciate our loyal customers and hope you will understand that ground shipping is impossible during the summer months. And, we will look forward to hearing from you again in the fall when the weather is cooler. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a wonderful summer.

Our Dandy Farms Gourmet toffee collection is sure to please any toffee lover. We have a huge selection of butter toffees and we’re adding more all the time. To keep our flavors straight, we’ve named the toffees after towns in our beloved Lone Star State.
We hand craft our toffees in small batches and test each batch to ensure that they are all rich, crisp, melt-in-your mouth delicious!
If toffee isn’t your style, our White Lightnin’ Whiskey cakes and delicious Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pies are available in the fall. The unique spicy cake and the decadent pie are family holiday favorites that we share with our customers for a short time each year.
